Welcome to the AMPD Strength Instructor Training Course! This program is designed to combine weighted bar and barbell movements with great music to create a fun, high-intensity full body workout that anyone can do.
During this interactive training we will provide you with the foundational elements of the AMPD Strength program while focusing on form, technique, safety and presentation, all while having fun!
